Billie Eilish on Watching Pornography at Age 11 and Its Effects on Her

The very brave Billie Eilish shared an all too familiar story on the Howard Stern show when she admitted to watching porn at age 11.

“I used to watch a lot of porn, to be honest. I started watching porn when I was, like, 11,” shared Billie, a world-renowned singer and role model. “I think it really destroyed my brain and I feel incredibly devastated that I was exposed to so much porn.”

She went on to say that the first few times she had sex, she did not say no to things that were “not good” because she thought that’s what she was supposed to be attracted to.

This is a common narrative for many young people today (watch our Young People video testimonials here). Parents, you need to talk to your young people about the dangers of watching explicit content online. We can help you do that safely and effectively (see below).

We at The Third Talk would like to thank her for her bravery, as an example to all young people, and a better indication that this content effects everyone.
